Displays the Coefficient of Variation for each subAnnotation of the selected annotation across the corpus in a vega-lite bar chart. The lower the better. Mouse-over anywhere in the chart activates the vega-lite action menu (circle with three dots on far right). Mouse-over a bar shows the data point value.
